Ces efforts se concr\u00e9tisent dans ce que P\u00e9kin pr\u00e9sente discr\u00e8tement comme une \u00ab r\u00e9volution du d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique \u00bb. Cette r\u00e9volution est port\u00e9e par le commerce, les infrastructures et les flux de capitaux, plut\u00f4t que par l\u2019id\u00e9ologie ou les alliances militaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ASEAN-GCC-Chine : convergence strat\u00e9gique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Ce sommet trilat\u00e9ral r\u00e9unit l\u2019ASEAN\u00b9, le Conseil de coop\u00e9ration du Golfe (GCC)\u00b2 et la Chine, et ne se limite pas \u00e0 une simple diplomatie c\u00e9r\u00e9monielle. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, il repr\u00e9sente un bouleversement majeur dans l\u2019organisation des \u00e9changes commerciaux et financiers mondiaux. Au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la Chine et les \u00c9tats du Golfe ont multipli\u00e9 les flux d\u2019investissements directs. Ils contournent souvent le dollar am\u00e9ricain en utilisant des monnaies nationales ou des interm\u00e9diaires tels que le centre financier de Hong Kong. De plus, cette hausse des investissements du Golfe vient compl\u00e9ter les projets d\u2019infrastructures et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques chinois dans la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Un diplomate proche du sommet aurait d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab L\u2019objectif n\u2019est pas de provoquer une confrontation avec l\u2019Occident, mais de prot\u00e9ger la croissance des turbulences financi\u00e8res mondiales. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La vraie histoire : la d\u00e9-dollarisation \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Alors que les d\u00e9clarations officielles mettent l\u2019accent sur le commerce et la connectivit\u00e9, le sous-texte de ce sommet est profond\u00e9ment g\u00e9opolitique : la d\u00e9-dollarisation. La Chine, ainsi que d\u2019autres membres des BRICS, a acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 ses efforts pour construire un syst\u00e8me financier multipolaire. L\u2019objectif est de r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9pendance au dollar am\u00e9ricain. Les m\u00e9canismes d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s vont des accords bilat\u00e9raux de swap et des plateformes de monnaies num\u00e9riques \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation des monnaies locales dans le commerce du p\u00e9trole et du gaz.
